  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts.
  • Ensure high-quality standards and presentation for all baked goods.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of baking supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create seasonal recipes.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations consistently.

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in pastry baking.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, ensure quality control, and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, may require long hours and weekend shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Creative, flexible, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
