• Prepare and create a variety of high-quality pastries and desserts.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and presentation of dishes.
• Manage and oversee the pastry section operations, including inventory controls and ordering supplies.
• Consistency in taste and quality of all pastries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on pastry techniques and recipes.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field
• Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a pastry kitchen
• Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, team player, and excellent communication skills
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage inventory and operations within the pastry section
• Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work under pressure
• Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and flexible hours
• Minimum of 2yrs. experience in any establishment.
• Open for an ex-abroad applicants (GCC countries such as Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Qatar) etc.
• Must have experience in any HOTEL establishments.
• Good communications skills.
