簡介
- Provides information to patients and doctors regarding preparations needed for certain procedures
- Attends and answers patient queries and needs
- Attends and responds to all patient and doctor requests, complaints, and other information
- Will work with the Patient Service Team to ensure smooth running of the patient’s flow
- Provide the best customer care to patients
- Get customer feedback and suggestions from the patients
- Deals with customer issues in a positive manner and ensure customer satisfaction is achieved
- Coordinating work, providing work information, dealing with queries, responding to complaints and resolving concerns
- To receive and investigate reports of incidents, determine their causes and make recommendations for improving recurrence prevention and controls.
- Provides excellent customer service to all internal and external clients by being helpful, efficient and diligent
- Monitor patients’ schedule to avoid long waiting time
- Update patients’ schedule and coordinate with liaison officer
- Carry out any other duties that may arise from time to time
職位要求
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Keen to details, organized, versatile, and can work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Good organizational and management skills
- Must be able to address and coordinate issues or complaints of patients and doctors
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor
- Dedicated to work and committed to excellence
- Flexible and can work under pressure
