簡介

  • Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis for all employees.
  • Review timesheets, calculate wages, and ensure accuracy in payroll entries.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll laws.
  • Maintain payroll records, including employee earnings, deductions, and benefits.
  • Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries, including pay discrepancies and tax forms.
  • Handle payroll tax filings, garnishments, and deductions as required.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure correct employee data and financial reporting.
  • Support payroll audits and generate reports as needed.
  • Assist in year-end payroll processes & 2316 distribution.

職位要求

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field (preferred).
  • years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in payroll software
  • Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with more than 500 employees payroll processing.
  • Knowledge of benefits administration and deductions.
  • Familiarity with payroll reporting and reconciliation.
