Responsibilities
• Manage payroll administration and payroll tax filings for Dutch clients
• Prepare and maintain employee contracts, amendments, and HR documentation
• Support pension administration and employee benefits management
• Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees and clients in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within HR systems
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR administration or payroll operations
• Solid understanding of payroll processing and HR compliance practices
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience working with HRIS or ERP systems (experience with Odoo is a strong advantage)
• Excellent written and spoken English
Nice to have
• Experience with Dutch payroll processing or familiarity with European HR regulations
• Ability to work with international teams and clients
• Comfortable navigating digital HR and payroll systems in a fast-paced environment
