Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a digital media strategy in partnership with the marketing, sales, and content managers.
- Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels (FB, TikTok, YouTube, Search Ads, Website, Hubspot) to drive strong investment returns and efficient customer acquisition costs.
- Ensure successful optimization for essential KPIs via ads, organic posts & own media channels.
- Design and implement testing of digital campaigns regularly to help streamline efforts.
- Identify and test new channels to meet or exceed critical metrics.
- Working closely with the rest of the marketing team to share funnel conversion recommendations.
- Analyze, provide insights, and regularly report on site traffic, revenue, lead generation, acquisition performance, and customer data across multiple online and offline channels utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, etc.
- Put tracking mechanisms in place to monitor performance and analytics.
- Analyze, report, and optimize performance media campaigns across SEM, SEO, and Paid Social.
- Produce keyword research to identify opportunities for SEO and SEM.
- Oversee website performance.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate should have:
- Expertise with web analytical tools, including Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
- Prior experience in building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and other digital channels.
- Solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis.
- Ample experience/knowledge using Google Analytics.
- Can leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
- Goal-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
- Curious and a strong problem solver.
- Has a heart for the education sector.
