Key Responsibilities:
Patient Assessment & Diagnosis
- Evaluate patients through medical history, physical examination, and standardized assessment tools.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Conduct functional mobility and movement assessments to determine appropriate therapy interventions.
Treatment & Rehabilitation
- Provide hands-on therapy, exercise programs, and therapeutic modalities (e.g., ultrasound, TENS, heat/cold therapy).
- Guide patients through stretching, strengthening, and balance exercises.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Collaboration & Patient Care Management
- Work closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers about treatment goals and progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports.
Specialized Therapy & Techniques (if applicable)
- Pediatric physical therapy for children with developmental delays or disabilities.
- Post-operative rehabilitation for orthopedic and neurological conditions.
- Geriatric rehabilitation to improve mobility and independence in elderly patients.
- Sports rehabilitation for athletes recovering from injuries.
Work Schedule & Benefits:

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PTRP) in the Philippines.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, biomechanics, and rehabilitation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in pediatric, post-operative, or orthopedic rehabilitation is a plus.
