Job Summary:


As a Placement Specialist at Placement International, you will play a crucial role in managing the placement process for our diverse range of clients and candidates. You will introduce the offers to the candidates helping them find their perfect match for an unforgettable experience. Your responsibilities will include liaising between candidates and clients, ensuring that both parties’ needs are met with precision and professionalism. You will handle administrative tasks, track placement progress, and provide support to both candidates and clients to facilitate smooth and effective placements. Your role will be essential in maintaining high standards of service and ensuring that all placement activities align with our organizational goals and client expectations.


Requirements


  • Experience: 1 years of experience in recruitment, placement coordination,Hospitality or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, clients, and team members.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accurate placement and follow-up processes.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Problem-Solving: Good problem-solving abilities to address and resolve any issues that may arise during the placement process.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools.
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously while maintaining high quality and accuracy.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to manage changing priorities and dynamic work environments.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality customer service and support.



Responsibilities


Career Development:

  • Assisting candidates in understanding their career goals, strengths, and areas for improvement.
  • Providing basic career advice and guidance on resume writing and interview preparation

Database Maintenance:

  • Provide guidance to the candidates to complete the registration in the portal in a timely manner and with the required documents.
  • Ensuring all information is current and accurate.

Interview Scheduling:

  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and employers.
  • Ensuring candidates are informed about interview details and prepared for their meetings.

Application Tracking:

  • Keeping track of candidate applications and following up on their status.
  • Ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted.

Market Research:

  • Conducting research to identify new placement opportunities and industry trends.
  • Compiling information on potential employers and market demands.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Assisting in the preparation of reports on placement activities, outcomes, and candidate progress.
  • Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and placements.

Career Fairs and Workshops:

  • Assisting in the organization and execution of career fairs, workshops, and other placement-related events.
  • Ensuring that all logistical details are handled and that candidates and employers are well-informed about event details.


Candidate Communication:

  • Serving as a point of contact for candidates, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Providing regular updates to candidates on new opportunities and application statuses.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Performing general administrative duties to support the placement team, such as data entry, filing, and scheduling meetings.
  • Ensuring all records and documentation are organized and accessible.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Providing feedback to improve placement processes and services.
  • Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
