We are hiring an experienced and highly competent Senior Planning Engineer for our PAEH Project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera or MS Project.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and engineers to ensure timely project execution.
• Analyze project progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Identify potential delays and recommend proactive solutions.
• Ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Have good on-site work experience, Highway or Road construction work experience is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of work experience and site experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Highway or Road construction projects as a Planning Engineer.
• Proven experience in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction workflows.
• Ability to adapt quickly to project demands and challenges.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in project planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Recognize and align with the company’s corporate culture, and be willing to work in Sri Lanka on a long-term basis with CCECC.
• Candidates with prior overseas work experience will be given preference.
