簡介
- Install, configure, and test POS hardware and software at client locations
- Troubleshoot installation issues and ensures systems are fully functional before handover
- Provide basic training to end-users on how to operate the system
- Ensure all installations meet company standards and client requirements
- Conduct system checks and maintenance visits as needed
- Document installations and submit timely service reports
- Coordinate with the technical support and project management teams
- Maintain and manage POS inventory assigned for deployment
- Travel to various locations nationwide as scheduled or assigned
職位要求
- At least a Vocational Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields
- 1-2 years of experience in IT fieldwork or POS system installation is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Familiarity with POS hardware (e.g., terminals, printers, scanners) and software
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and installation guides
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Physically fit and willing to travel frequently and on short notice
- Possession of a valid Driver's License is an advantage
