Witness accurate filling and dispatch of all inventories of outgoing vehicles in the refilling plant
Witness and check accurate filling of all LPG in cylinders
Witness and check the document (Route Monitoring Sheet) vs actual cylinders to be brought out
Check the necessary documents such as CRR, gatepass, and sales invoice if complete and accurate
Witness all inventories in returning vehicles of the refilling plant
Weigh all filled cylinders upon return of the vehicles
Check and count all cylinders inside the vehicle
Check and reconcile necessary documents and/or reports such as CRR, gatepass, sales invoice, and route monitoring sheet
Check inside the vehicle if there are undeclared items to be brought out of the plant
Create records/logs of transactions, in/out of inventories, document series, etc.
Make reports on any negative findings (e.g. shortage, theft, non-compliance, etc.) as needed by the management for proper administrative action or filing of case

Job Title: Inventory Controller
Educational Qualifications: College graduate of any 4-year course
Experience Level: No experience required
Skills and Competencies: Strong inventory management skills and analytical abilities.
Responsibilities and Duties: Track inventory levels, manage stock, and assist with audits.
Working Conditions: Willing to do fieldwork, work on Sundays, 6 days a week
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable.
