簡介
- Assist in sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, and negotiating prices to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Coordinate with vendors for purchase orders, delivery schedules, and quality requirements
- Support in maintaining accurate and updated inventory records in the systems.
- Monitor stock levels, prepare inventory reports, and conduct periodic stock counts.
- Assist in receiving and inspecting deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel for proper storage and issuance of materials
- Help manage documentation such as purchase orders, delivery receipts, and supplier invoices
- Work closely with other departments to fulfill materials requirements for projects.
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Preferred)
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience in procurements or inventory management, preferably in HVAC, office, or home furniture industries.
- Proficient in MS Office and inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities. ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
