簡介
- Assist in the procurement of goods and services in accordance with company policies and budget
- Research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, and delivery timelines
- Issue purchase orders, track shipments, and confirm delivery of items
- Support contract negotiations and vendor relationship management
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand
- Ensure compliance with procurement standards and audit requirements
職位要求
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0–1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
