Source, evaluate, and purchase CCTV products including cameras, DVRs/NVRs, cables, power supplies, mounting accessories, tools, and installation materials.
Establish and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and manufacturers in the CCTV and security systems industry.
Obtain and analyze quotations, negotiate prices, delivery terms, and warranties to ensure the best value.
Prepare and process purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and project teams to forecast needs and avoid shortages.
Review technical specifications to ensure compatibility and compliance with project requirements.
Work closely with the technical, engineering, and project management teams to understand specific material needs.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance.
Resolve supply-related issues such as delays, discrepancies, or non-conforming products.

Proven experience in procurement, ideally in the security systems or CCTV industry.
Strong knowledge of CCTV components, installation tools, and industry-standard brands and technologies.
Familiarity with technical specifications and the ability to read and understand product datasheets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
