Manage and maintain supplier relationships for optimal performance.
In-depth understanding of procurement processes, supplier markets, and supply chain principles.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain professional relationships.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

High level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable to evolving market conditions.
Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
The candidate must have an existing portfolio of clients within government agencies, along with established supplier relationships.
Strong background in vendor management and sourcing of goods and services.
Willingness to travel for supplier visits, audits, or industry events when necessary.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
