About the Position

Regional Conference Producer

(Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.)

The Regional Conference Producer is responsible for planning, executing, and ensuring the success of our regional conferences across the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Hong Kong. This role combines research, creativity, and project management to deliver engaging and high-quality events.


Key Responsibilities

  • Agenda Development: Design and curate conference agendas featuring high-calibre and industry-relevant speakers.
  • Market Research: Identify market trends and audience needs to create impactful programs.
  • Event Logistics: Oversee venue selection, vendor coordination, and speaker management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with speakers, sponsors, and partners.
  • Timeline Management: Develop and monitor event schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Content Strategy: Create innovative themes and formats that align with audience interests.
  • On-site Coordination: Supervise live events to ensure a smooth and professional experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Work Setup: Hybrid – Bagumbayan, Quezon City

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
