Job Description:
- Research and analyze market conditions
- Identify key competitor and consumer trends
- Articulate market requirements and opportunities
- Identify opportunities for product innovation and product enhancements
- Work with engineering (D&D) regarding product development
- Define the long term strategy of the product and create product road map
- Develop pricing strategies
- Determine & Develop product specifications & packaging requirements
- Ensure product availability to support forecasts and sales targets
- Oversee product development
- Manage and communicate with cross functional teams
- Prepare product documentation in all steps involved
- Negotiate with suppliers
- Develop product marketing plan and launch/event campaigns to generate product awareness and demand
- Ensure proper and timely execution of abovementioned campaigns
- Liaise with advertising and communications manager to promote product
- Support sales and marketing with the necessary product knowledge and technical expertise
- Conduct product presentations to relevant audience
- Develop sales tools and sales training material
- Provide inputs & support for marketing collateral development
- Supply sales with latest research and marketing information
- Implement marketing plan in conjunction with all departments
- track and evaluate effectiveness of campaigns by accomplishing post-campaign reports
- Achievement of market share targets for his/her brand(s) and its variants
- Achievement of brand topline targets (volume and value)
- Ensure effective planning and utilization of A&P budget
- Manage brand and product P&L to achieve profitability targets set by Management
- Manage product-related support, feedback and inquiries from users through different channels like Condura website & FB page
- Regularly coordinate with sales & trade marketing to track customer and end-user feedback
- Use market feedback to inform product refinements and ongoing development
- Formulate and recommend action steps to address activities detected in the market
- Monitor product inventory
Experience:
Four (4) year college degree required, experience in Marketing, Business, or Communications
Has at least one (1) product/marketing experience and product launches.
Has at least experience on handling Room Air-Conditioning (RAC)
