• Supports the Program Managers by making sure that the product strategy is translated into detailed requirements for Tech’s consumption
• Ensures completeness of the feature or product details reflected and brings all stakeholders together to do so
• Leads the Design Sprint sessions with the Program Manager and the Tech team
• Oversees product delivery updates for each sprint and reports timely project updates to the stakeholders
• Ensures smooth delivery and proper turnover of builds to the Operational teams
  
  
  

• Influences the roadmap by giving feedback on feasibility and priority
• Shares recommendations on pivots based on the running velocity, capacity, and capability of the teams and platforms
• Supports the Program Manager during product prioritization exercises
  
  
  

• Responsible for communicating with other Program Owners regarding synergies and needed support
• Helps anticipate bottlenecks, manage risk and escalations, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints
• Responsible for identifying the tools and builds needed to sustain and grow the product on a day-to-day basis
  
  
  

• Help creates buy-in for the vision both internally and with key external partners and supports the program Manager by providing the necessary tech information needed to communicate the value of the build
• Manages other stakeholders and enablers and educates them on best practices and new ways of working
• Works with the stakeholders to make sure the new builds are completed and integrated into the process through proper turnover
• Works with the Tech team to identify best practices and ways to optimize the current ways of working
