·  Assist in the creation of product documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and product specifications.

·  Provide product expertise and support to internal teams, customers, and partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

· Analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market data to evaluate product effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

·  Act as a liaison between the product development team and other departments, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

·   Bachelor’s degree in any fields

·   Experience as Product Specialist or similar position is a plus

·   Strong motivation to continuously enhance skills and knowledge

·   Experience managing all stages of the product life cycle is a plus point

·   Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment

·   Excellent organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in multitasking.
