• Are you passionate about trendy merch, creative prints, and awesome products? As a Product Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert on what we sell. You’ll help customers find the right products, support the sales team with product knowledge, and make sure our brand always brings its A-game.

What You’ll Do:

• Master the ins and outs of our products features, benefits, and what makes them pop.
• Support the sales team with deep product knowledge and insights.
• Provide personalized product recommendations to customers online and in-store.
• Gather customer feedback to help improve existing products and guide new ideas.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to launch promos, campaigns, and product drops.
• Monitor product performance and suggest ways to boost sales or improve inventory.
• Stay updated on the latest printing tech, materials, and design trends.
• Assist in creating product content (descriptions, FAQs, social posts).
• Take on other related tasks as assigned be ready to learn and grow!

What We’re Looking For:

• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or any related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (product knowledge, sales support, or customer service).
• A natural problem-solver who loves learning about new products and trends.
• Excellent communication skills whether you’re explaining a product or helping a teammate.
• Strong attention to detail and organization accuracy matters!
• Comfortable using social media and digital tools to support promotions and launches.
• Creative mindset and a passion for merch, design, or tech is a huge plus!
• Willing to collaborate, receive feedback, and contribute ideas.
