職位描述

簡介

  1. Schedules and conducts staff meetings regarding matters/concerns of the section.
  2. Establishes and monitors achievement of the department’s KPI.
  3. Supports the implementation of procedures to maintain the quality and environmental systems of the company.
  4. Coordinates with Human Resources for manpower requirements of the section.
  5. Supervises staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Conducts employee performance evaluations.
  7. Directs staff in the development, analysis and preparation of reports.
  8. Evaluates reports and recommends approval of requests and other operational procedures pertinent to the section.
  9. Responsible to meet section’s productivity and quality goals.
  10. Supervises Line Leader in carrying out production plans and targets.
  11. Plans and implements activities for continual productivity and efficiency improvement.
  12. Manages the operation and maintenance of some machines and equipments.
  13. Prepares and conducts process audits on production lines.
  14. Manages the inventory of production equipment.


職位要求

  1. Must be a college degree holder in the engineering field.
  2. With at least two years experience in manufacturing company
  3. Thorough knowledge of supervisory techniques
  4. Requires leadership and good management skills.
