- Oversee daily production operations ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Manage production schedules and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize processes and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Evaluate production performance and implement improvements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply chain logistics.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in production or operations management.
- Skills and Competencies: Project leadership, system design, strong work ethic, project management, planning, inventory management, and team collaboration.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced manufacturing environment, may require overtime and shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, effective communicator, problem-solver, and a team player.
