Operates and monitors machinery in a manufacturing environment to ensure smooth production.
Performs quality control checks to ensure products meet standards.
Assists with the setup, calibration, and maintenance of production equipment.
Follows safety guidelines and company procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Records production data, including output and downtime.
Troubleshoots minor issues with machinery and reports major malfunctions to supervisors.

High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training or certification is a plus).
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role.
Knowledge of production processes and equipment.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team setting.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, or overtime if required.
Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks.
