• Production Planner Staff

• Assistant Manager/Director

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Production Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities to ensure the timely delivery of products

Production Planner:

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on customer demand, inventory levels, and resource availability.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
• Make the machine run schedule based on client demand.
• Simulate Manpower to meet production demand.
• Coordinate with purchasing and inventory teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Communicate with various departments to resolve issues affecting production timelines or quality.
• Work with quality control to ensure products meet specifications and standards.

Education and/or Work Experience/Skills Requirements:

• Any 4-year course graduate
• At least 2 years of work experience in related tasks
• Computer literate (Excel, Word, spreadsheet)
• Know production plans
• Know about purchasing activity
• Can understand process flow
• Excellent communication skills (Verbal and non-verbal)
