QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training related to food production is a plus.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and hygiene practices.
- Good attention to detail and quality control.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to follow strict safety and hygiene protocols.
- Ability to stand for long hours and perform repetitive tasks.
- Good manual dexterity and physical stamina.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or nights if required.
- Respectful and able to work in a diverse team environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect and measure raw materials and ingredients as per production standards.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and stored properly.
- Mix, blend, cut, or package food products following standard procedures.
- Ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
- Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies.
- Record production data and report any issues to supervisors.
- Follow strict hygiene protocols to maintain cleanliness in the work area.
- Pack finished products securely and accurately label them as per company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced and defective items.
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
- Report accidents or unsafe conditions immediately.
- Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors.
- Keep the work area clean and sanitized.
- Assist in cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
