簡介
- Supervise daily production operations and personnel
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow as needed
- Train and mentor production staff
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Ensure proper maintenance and operation of equipment
- Address employee concerns and enforce company policies
職位要求
- Graduate of Engineering, Sciences or any related course.
- At least two (2) years related work experience in Production Supervision and Production management gained from manufacturing firms
- Proficient in MS Office and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Programs e.g., SAP, INFORLN, etc., Leadership Skills, Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement skills, Interpersonal and Communication Skills
