Oversee daily production activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Manage and lead a team of operators to achieve production goals.
Monitor equipment performance and implement maintenance procedures.
Coordinate with other departments for efficient workflow.
Train new employees on production processes and safety protocols.
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and targets.
Ensure quality standards are maintained and take corrective action when necessary.
Monitor and improve safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Manage shift schedules, attendance, and task assignments for production staff.
Train, coach, and evaluate team members to enhance productivity and performance.
Communicate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, quality, logistics) to resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records of production outputs, downtime, and material usage.
Participate in and lead continuous improvement (Kaizen) and cost reduction initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and 5S standards.

Educational Qualifications: Minimum Diploma in Engineering or related field.
Experience Level: 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen methodologies, and adhering to safety standards and quality control processes.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced manufacturing setting requiring flexibility and teamwork.
Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
