職位描述
- Create activity plan and KDI to achieve section Annual policy and break it down into To-Do list,
- Create, Implement and Review Standard work design based on SOP and process conditions/preconditions.
- Graduate of any Engineering courses,
- With or without related working experience,
- Understand usage of Microsoft functions such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word,
- Preferably with knowledge in Macro an Visual Basic,
- Must have a Behavioral competencies as follows: People Management, Strong leadership, High regards to discipline,
- Must have a functional competencies as follows: Computer usage knowledge, Communication and Negotiation skills, Comprehension skills, Leadership Skills.
