What you'll be doing

• To prepare and implement process standard on down time improvement.
• Discuss and co-ordinate with others department on down time and process problems/process change.
• To implement "Poka Yoke" concept to reduce down time and eliminate process problems.
• To plan die repair and die preventive maintenance and records.
• To look into down activities to improve die breakdown cost.
• To ensure all dies are service and maintain on time for production.
• Any others job that may be assigned from time to time by management.

What we're looking for

• Diploma and above in Engineering or a related field
• More than 2 years working experience in Manufacturing industry.
• Casting/injection moulding manufacturing.
• Possess leadership abilities and skills such as the ability to influence, coach, motivate and develop individuals.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
