Qualification

• Engineering Graduate
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing Company
• Knowledgeable in MS office applications
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team
• Proficient in problem solving and analytical thinking, with a strong understanding of corrective and preventive actions.

• Lead and monitor team performance and discipline.
• Implement and adjust production schedules as needed.
• Ensure efficient use of materials, manpower, and equipment.
• Support process improvements and line evaluations.
• Enforce work standards, safety, and quality procedures.
• Review and submit reports on production activities.
• Coordinate with other teams to meet production requirements.
• Maintain good housekeeping and follow company policies on quality, environment, and safety. Lead and monitor team performance and discipline.
