The Professional Medical Representative (PMR) is responsible for sales operations in a designated area, including maintaining and expanding current accounts, developing new accounts, building customer relationships, meeting quotas, and addressing Healthcare Practitioner (HCP) inquiries. They must be proficient in digital media engagement with HCPs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Achieve targeted sales goals for the assigned territory.
Follow Basic Call Procedures and Parameters per company standards.
Demonstrate product usage to customers.
Maintain, expand, and build customer relationships to meet sales quotas.
Execute a concise, professional, ethical, and persuasive selling cycle.
Implement marketing initiatives per the approved Plan of Action.
Demonstrate active listening and knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas.
Adapt to digital media's evolving role and engage with HCPs digitally.

Proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry and related regulations.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel within the assigned territory.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Nursing, Pharmacy, or equivalent.
Minimum 1-year sales experience in a Pharmaceutical company.
Proven sales track record in a related industry.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to adapt to new environments and work well in teams
