Department: Technical Support Department 

• Job Summary: Monitors and enhances network infrastructure and telecommunications services; Supervises and enhances ICT Helpdesk operations; Attends to user requests thru the ICT Helpdesk; Provides technical assistance in the procurement and deployment of hardware, software and facilities needed by the corporate users; Provides IT support and filed operations.   

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS: 

• Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job
• Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
• Training: 8 hours of relevant training
