About the Program:

The Vasavah Project Coordinator Training Program is a structured, hands-on learning experience that introduces trainees to ERP software implementation projects. Participants will assist in planning, monitoring, and coordinating system rollouts, while learning project management frameworks and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing full project lifecycles from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate with developers, QA, analysts, and client-side teams.
• Document project scope, deliverables, and progress reports.
• Track timelines, dependencies, and resource allocations.
• Support sprint planning, retrospectives, and Agile ceremonies.
• Prepare documentation and ensure adherence to PM best practices.
• Communicate updates and follow-ups with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, vocational course, or equivalent background in IT, Business, or Industrial Engineering.
• Open to fresh graduates or applicants with less than 1 year of experience.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts and documentation.
• Familiarity with tools such as Trello, JIRA, Google Sheets, or ClickUp is an advantage.

Program Details:

• Duration: 3 months (renewable or extendable upon evaluation)
• Allowance: ₱10,000 (paid semi-monthly)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Location: Hybrid / Remote setup
• Completion Certificate upon successful evaluation

Note:

• Outstanding trainees may be offered regular employment or project-based roles with Vasavah Consultancy Inc., or its partner companies — Cornerstone Information Technology (CIT) and Vikri.AI — after program completion.
