Conducting feasibility studies: Assessing the financial viability of a project by estimating costs and project timelines.
Analyzing construction plans and specifications: Understanding the design and requirements of a project to accurately estimate quantities and costs.
Monitoring project costs: Tracking expenditures and financial progress throughout the project lifecycle.
Cost control and management: Ensuring the project stays within the allocated budget and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Cash flow forecasting: Predicting cash flow requirements for the project.
Evaluating tenders and negotiating contracts: Comparing bids from different contractors and negotiating favorable contracts.
Preparing bills of quantities: Creating detailed lists of materials and quantities required for a project.
Measuring and analyzing project costs and quantities: Accurately assessing the quantities of materials and labor needed.
Managing variations and change orders: Handling modifications to the project scope and updating budgets accordingly.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience Level: 2-5 years of relevant experience in project estimation and coordination.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software; strong in written and verbal communication.
