Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Contract Administrator with a background in quantity surveying, architecture, or engineering. Key responsibilities include preparing costing sheets, processing leads and jobs, conducting quantity take-offs, and obtaining and reviewing trade pricing. Strong communication skills, the ability to read drawings for scope extraction, and expertise in project planning are essential. Experience in commercial interior fit-outs, preferably in healthcare, is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally AutoCAD is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and detailed costing sheets for projects.
  • Process leads and jobs efficiently, ensuring smooth workflow and documentation.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and follow up on pricing from subcontractors and trades.
  • Verify that received quotes comprehensively cover all necessary scopes of work.
  • Assist in project programming, scheduling, and planning activities.
  • Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings to extract scope details.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless project execution.
  • Provide administrative support in contract management, documentation, and reporting.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in commercial interior fit-outs, preferably within the healthcare sector (residential experience will not be considered).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with AutoCAD is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • i5 10th Gen or equivalent, 8GB RAM, 2GB Video Card or Integrated Graphics Card, Windows 10 or macOS (no Netbooks or Chromebooks), Headset with noise cancellation feature
  • Main Internet should be minimum of 20MBPs, wired only
  • An Antivirus Software should be installed, activated and updated
  • Backup Internet
  • Quiet Workplace
