簡介
- Assist in the planning and coordination of projects from initiation through to completion.
- Support senior project managers in monitoring project progress and adjusting schedules, resources, or deliverables as needed.
- Help manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Prepare and update project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and action item lists.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues.
- Support project meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed for project requirements.
- Maintain project documentation in a structured and accessible manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in project management or coordination is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or similar tools).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledgeable with Excel, Word, Google sheets & Google documents.
- Knowledgeable with Outlook & Lark.
Preferred Skills
- Project Management Certification: Familiarity with certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), or PRINCE2 is a plus.
- Experience or knowledge in Agile, Scrum, or other iterative project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in Project Management Software: Knowledge of tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Jira, or Monday.com for managing tasks, schedules, and resources.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Ability to assess risks, understand project data, and make decisions based on analysis.
- Experience or knowledge of managing project budgets, forecasting costs, and ensuring financial targets are met.
