Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years’ experience working in related field
• Experience working with digital products teams and multi-cultural organizations
• Experience working with software development cycle
• Knowledgeable in Content Management System (CMS) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with functional support analyst and technical teams
• Working with project management, stakeholder management, and with internal customers
• Monitoring the right team are doing diagnosis and provides regular updates
• Coordinating and managing digital products; collaborate with digital products team
• Taking ownership of technical issues and provide ongoing support to technical team
