Take full responsibility for the management and coordination of multiple Web3 development projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing, etc.) to develop project plans, break down project tasks, and oversee implementation.
Drive and implement agile development processes, making flexible adjustments based on project requirements.
Conduct risk management and problem-solving to identify and mitigate potential challenges within projects.
Responsible for project progress reporting, providing regular updates on project status to management and key stakeholders.
Lead and motivate project team members, fostering a positive team collaboration environment.
Continuously improve project management processes and tools to enhance project execution efficiency.
