Job Summary

The Project Manager/IT Lead will oversee IT projects, cloud-based services, and web development while managing cross-functional teams. This role requires a strong technical background, project management expertise, and the ability to align IT strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

●     Lead IT infrastructure, website development, and cloud hosting projects from initiation to completion.

●     Manage project roadmaps, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

●     Oversee the design, development, and deployment of websites and IT systems.

●     Implement and optimize cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

●     Develop and enforce IT policies, security protocols, and best practices.

●     Coordinate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and clients.

●     Utilize Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.

●     Monitor KPIs, project milestones, and risk management strategies.

●     Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to IT team members.

Required Qualifications

●     Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).

●     5+ years of experience in IT project management, software development, or cloud infrastructure.

●     Expertise in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, WordPress, PHP).

●     Experience managing cloud services, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and security compliance.

●     Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, ClickUp, Asana).

●     Strong understanding of database management (SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

●     Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

●     Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

●     PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agile, or ITIL certifications.

●     AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer).

●     Experience managing remote teams and outsourcing IT solutions.
