The Project Sales is responsible for identifying and securing project-based sales opportunities, promoting company products/services, and managing client relationships. This role involves contract negotiations, project coordination, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new project-based sales opportunities.
• Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Address client concerns and provide solutions during project implementation.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and project updates for management.
• Track sales performance and provide insights for improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Willingness to learn and develop a career in sales.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel if required.
