- Collaborate with project managers to oversee engineering projects.
- Oversee site operations, ensure project compliance, manage schedules, and coordinate with contractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate on-site activities and manage subcontractors.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reports.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and provide solutions.
- Maintain project documentation and update stakeholders.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in project management software, and effective communication abilities.
- Working Conditions: On-site work often in varied weather conditions; may require extended hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, attention to detail, adaptability, and teamwork orientation.
