- Coordinate and oversee construction activities on-site.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks.
- Prepare reports and updates for project stakeholders.
- Assist in project scheduling and budgeting.
- Resolve any technical issues that arise during construction.
職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in project management software, strong analytical skills, and effective communication abilities.
- Working Conditions: Primarily on-site, subject to outdoor conditions and physical demands.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
