  1. Product Portfolio Management and Product Development
  2. Maintain an expert-level understanding of all current platform products and services, including their features, benefits, target audiences, and market positioning
  3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and specifications.
  5. Product Strategy
  6. Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  7. Define product roadmaps, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  8. Analyze and assess market needs to guide product positioning and differentiation.
  9. Project Planning and Management:
  10. Lead individual projects from initiation through to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
  11. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets that align customer requirements with company goals.
  12. Allocate resources effectively and assign tasks to development teams based on their skills and availability.
  13. Lead project kickoff meetings and ensure clear understanding of project goals, deliverables, and technical specifications.
  14. Continuously assess and refine project plans to respond to changing needs and technical requirements.
  15. Monitoring and Performance:
  16. Monitor project progress and performance against defined metrics, milestones, and technical quality standards.
  17. Conduct regular project status meetings with development teams and stakeholders to ensure all are informed and aligned.
  18. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress, identify potential risks, and manage dependencies.
  19. Implement corrective actions to address project deviations and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
  20. Stakeholder Communication:
  21. Communicate proactively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure project success.
  22. Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
  23. Facilitate effective communication channels among development team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  24. Resolve conflicts and technical issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  25. Risk Management:
  26. Conduct thorough risk identification and mitigation planning specific to software development projects (e.g., technical debt, scope creep, resource constraints).
  27. Develop and implement comprehensive risk mitigation plans and strategies.
  28. Perform regular risk assessments and adjust plans as necessary to ensure project stability.
  29. Quality Assurance:

a. Collaborate with QA teams to establish and enforce software quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.

b. Ensure thorough testing and validation are conducted to ensure products meet performance, reliability, security, and user experience requirements.
