- Plan, coordinate, and supervise project activities from initiation to completion.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Lead and motivate project teams, providing clear direction and support.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, organizational policies, and industry standards.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project supervision or management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or similar software).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project demands.
- Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards in Lagos State.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Ikoyi, Lagos State.
- Ability to work on-site and occasionally travel to project locations as needed.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an added advantage.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position with standard working hours (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM).
- Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines.
- Work primarily based in Ikoyi, with potential site visits within Lagos State.
Salary and Benefits
- Monthly salary of ₦120,000.
