  • Oversee project operations and ensure timely delivery of objectives.
  • Coordinate with team members and stakeholders for project alignment.
  • Monitor progress and resolve issues proactively.
  • Prepare and present project updates to management.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Assist in budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in project management roles, preferably in construction.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Gantt chart creation, Procore software, and understanding of billing processes.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily Project site-based with field visits to office as required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
