Customer Engagement & Sales: Greet customers, understand their needs, answer questions, and provide product information and recommendations.
Product Promotion: Create awareness and interest in products through demonstrations, displays, and sales techniques to meet sales quotas.
Merchandising: Ensure products are well-displayed, strategically placed on shelves, and that the store is clean and orderly to attract customers.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels daily, replenish items, check for damaged or slow-moving products, and report any discrepancies to management.
Sales & Inventory Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales performance, stock levels, and other key metrics.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of products, their features, benefits, and pricing to effectively assist customers.

Customer Engagement: The ability to greet customers, engage them, and provide product information.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills for explaining product benefits and upselling.
Sales Skills: Proficiency in product demonstration, upselling, and meeting sales targets.
