簡介
- Assist in the setup, arrangement, and dismantling of booths or event areas.
- Welcome and engage with visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product or service information to event attendees.
- Conduct live demonstrations or distribute promotional materials as required.
- Answer inquiries and direct potential clients to sales or marketing representatives.
- Maintain booth cleanliness, organization, and display quality throughout the event.
- Support event logistics, including inventory management of giveaways, brochures, and other materials.
- Coordinate with event organizers, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Collect attendee information for follow-up and reporting purposes.
- Follow brand guidelines and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
職位要求
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in marketing, events, or hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in events, sales, or promotions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable engaging with diverse audiences.
- Able to work flexible hours.
- Physically able to stand for long periods and assist with booth setup/takedown.
