Educational Background: At least a high school graduate; some positions may prefer candidates with a college background.
Experience: Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is advantageous but not always required.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and retain detailed information about products to provide accurate information to customers.
Physical Stamina: Capable of standing for extended periods and handling physical tasks such as setting up displays.
