Operational Functions
- Handle All Stores Lease Renewal
- Provide six months' notice prior contract expires
- In charge in lease renewal negotiation
- Responsible on Rental Negotiations
- Existing Stores
- Monitors pre-operating expenses
- Research
- Supervise store review & research
- Analyze market study & research results
Admin Functions
- Prepares Presentation materials for store renewal and store survey results report
- Prepare memos
- Proper handover of Documents (Contract, Award Notice / Offer Sheet)
- Monitors DST Progress
職位要求
- Bachelor's degree graduate
- Experienced in relevant field is required
- With good interpersonal and communication skills; proactive and results driven
