KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Managing the rental of properties including liaising with tenants, property agents, management committees, maintenance contractors and relevant authorities.
  • Periodical survey of market valuations and rental rates applicable to the properties.
  • Supervising the maintenance team on maintenance and repair works to be carried out, preparing weekly maintenance schedule and ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and effective manner.
  • Gathering quotations and liaising with contractors on periodical maintenance works and ad-hoc repairs, renovation and improvement works.
  • Coordinating tenants moving in/out and ensuring proper handover.
  • Overseeing the team responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the The Godown, including its grounds, facilities and equipment to ensure they are clean, presentable, secure and in good working order.
  • Working closely with event operations team to ensure setup and dismantling works by event organizers and contractors are implemented safely, in an orderly manner and in adherence to our venue rules and applicable regulations.
  • Application/renewal of permits, licenses and service agreements as required by building safety, health and environmental regulations.
  • Working closely with Finance team to ensure the timely payment of utilities, assessment, quit rent and insurance for the properties.
  • Record Keeping. To maintain accurate and updated drawings plans, service contracts, servicing, and equipment maintenance records as well as tenant, residents, contractors, and consultants contact details.
  • Any other duties as assigned from time to time.


REQUIREMENTS 

  • Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or Building Management or related field.  
  • At least 5 years’ experience in property related field 
  • Excellent communication skills in English and BM, both oral and written. 
  • Good interpersonal skills and teamwork 
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently 
  • Competency in MS Word and Excel
